Automatic enrolment is a Government initiative implemented to help more people save for their future retirement.
Automatic enrolment is now compulsory making it a requirement that all employers both offer and contribute toward a recognised scheme.

To be eligible for automatic enrolment, employees must:
- Be between 22 and the State Pension age
- Earn over £10,000 a year
- Work in the UK
