Requesting an agenda
Requesting an agenda before a meeting is a considerate gesture.
For both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, knowing the agenda provides clarity and focus. It enables attendees to prepare their thoughts reduces anxiety and ensures the meeting time is used effectively.

Providing an agenda:
Encourages meaningful contributions
Supports diverse working and thinking styles
Clarifies the purpose of the meeting
Allows attendees to prepare and address questions
Clarity benefits everyone.
A simple request for an agenda can transform a meeting from a vague discussion into a productive and inclusive conversation.
If I request a pre-meeting agenda, I am not obstructing your path, I am being proactive.
Remember, requesting an agenda is not slowing things down – it is setting everyone up for success.
